At Grand Hotel Timeo, a Belmond Hotel, we are looking for an empathetic, proactive, and style-conscious Boutique Attendant. In this role, you will dedicate yourself to elevating our guests' shopping experience within our exclusive Emilio Pucci boutique, anticipating their every fashion need with elegance and discretion.

Experience

Review daily arrival lists and guest profiles to identify VIPs, repeat guests, or brand enthusiasts, preparing personalized styling proposals ahead of their visit.

Luxury Styling Advisory: Provide an exceptional personal styling service, guiding guests through the Emilio Pucci collections while storytelling the brand’s heritage, iconic prints, and deep connection to Mediterranean luxury.

Elite Guest Welcomes: Welcome guests warmly into the boutique, providing impeccable service, and arranging private shopping sessions or in-room garment presentations upon request.

Cross-Departmental Synergy: Coordinate closely with the Guest Relations and Concierge teams to arrange bespoke Pucci-branded welcome amenities, celebratory gifts, or thoughtful farewell touches for special occasions.

Visual & Boutique Excellence: Maintain the boutique’s visual merchandising standards in alignment with the Pucci brand identity, ensuring the space remains pristine, inviting, and reflective of the Belmond luxury ethos.

Dedicated Post-Purchase Care: Handle guest requests during their stay and post-departure—including international shipping, tailoring requests, or special orders—with speed, precision, and empathy.

What you bring

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end fashion, or luxury hospitality guest relations.

Hospitality Mindset: Natural empathy, warmth, and outstanding interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for luxury service.

Creativity: Problem-solving agility and creative flair in personal styling and guest surprise-and-delight initiatives.

Organization: Strong organizational skills and experience with retail POS, CRM, or hospitality PMS systems.

Languages: Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
