About this role
The internship is based in Paris, France, reporting to the International Visual Merchandising and Store Experience department and, specifically, to the International Client Event Manager. You will support the daily activities of client events and activations and collaborate with internal teams including VM, SD, procurement, supply, logistics, and finance to help bring events to life.
Responsibilities
- Manage production and logistics coordination of creative concepts for events and activations.
- Participate in the development of events across the international retail network.
- Monitor reverse schedules and deliverables.
- Communicate with external contacts and internal departments during development, prototyping, production, and storage phases.
- Manage logistics including transport, customs, certifications, and supplier management.
- Ensure administrative follow-up and maintain accurate records.
- Track invoicing, NDAs, accounting, and finance coordination; create supplier accounts.
- Make tools and resources available on internal platforms and consolidate performance data.
- Update existing databases and create new dashboards as needed for launches.
- Contribute to ROI analyses and support the International Store Activations Project Manager on all projects.
- Contribute to internal presentations and steering committees; provide competitive intelligence.
- Conduct benchmarking and regularly monitor competitors’ event activities; consolidate market information quarterly.
Requirements
- You hold a Bac +4/5 degree from a Business School or in International Marketing and are seeking a work-study placement.
- You have a strong affinity for events and customer experience in the jewelry world.
- You are rigorous, structured, and analytical, comfortable in an international environment, with a strong interest in coordinating complex projects, data management, and logistics.
- Fluent English is required.
- You have initial significant experience in marketing within the luxury sector.
