We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a rapidly explaning café brand and help elevate the guest experience. Join a respected coffee company that’s redefining the grab-and-go model with exceptional service, quality, and community focus.

Café General Manager Benefits & Compensation

  • $75,000–$85,000 base salary

Café General Manager Requirements & Responsibilities

  • 4+ years managing single-unit operations in coffee or consumer brands
  • Proven ability to hire, train, and lead teams
  • Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso, and equipment
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Passion for coffee and customer service
  • Strong business acumen and ability to respond to trends
