Robert Half is excited to partner with locally owned construction services organization as they look for an experienced Bookkeeper, and career-oriented professional, to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is efficient, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage priorities and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, check preparation, bank deposits, and credit card reconciliations
• Process payroll and payroll taxes
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely completion of accounting activities
• Provide administrative support as needed
• Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members by phone and in person
• Assist with problem-solving and adapt to changing business needs

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping, accounting support, or administrative experience

• Proficiency with QuickBooks Accounting Software (preferred)

• Experience handling payroll and payroll taxes

• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
