Are you passionate about finance and ready to drive operational excellence? Join us as a Bogotá Finance Specialist. You’ll be responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and reviewing plant financial results, while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making processes that enable sustainable business performance across the Pacific scope.

As a key Finance Business Partner, you will collaborate with plant leadership to provide insights, identify opportunities, validate financial decisions, and ensure compliance with financial controls. This role is based in Bogotá, Colombia.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead the plant budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating plan processes, including standard cost budgeting and outlook preparation.

• Business Partnering & Decision Support: Partner with plant leadership by conducting scenario analysis, identifying opportunity areas, and providing financial guidance to support business objectives.

• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Consolidate plant financial results, analyze variances against targets, and prepare executive presentations for period-end, budget, and outlook reviews.

• Cost Management & Controls: Monitor factory expenses, validate accruals, review budget parameters, and ensure compliance with internal audit and control requirements.

• Capital & Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Evaluate investment opportunities, support ZBB compliance, and identify productivity and cost-saving opportunities to achieve financial targets.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Finance, Manufacturing Finance, or Factory Finance environments.

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with database management and SAP transactional analytics.

• Business-level English proficiency with the ability to participate in professional and financial discussions.

• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving capabilities with experience influencing stakeholders and driving business results.

• Proven ability to prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and communications.

• Demonstrated skills in strategic planning, business analytics, stakeholder management, and change management.
