Game On!!

As a HammondCare volunteer, you'll be helping residents enjoy a variety of games – Dominoes, Chess, Chinese Checkers, Scrabble, card games, and more!

Come along and prepare to be challenged, laugh a lot, and make new friends while volunteering your time at HammondCare Scone.

You'll be helping to reduce social isolation and bring fun and joy to our amazing residents!

Your impact

Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.

HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.

Requirements

• 18 years or older • NDIS worker screening check arranged and paid for by HammondCare

• We'd be happy to discuss a suitable time during the week for

• a one hour visit between 9am and 4pm Monday to Sunday, visits could be weekly

• to fortnightly depending on your availability.
