ABA Achievers is looking for a passionate, creative, and driven Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our mission-driven team.
We’re seeking a BCBA who is dedicated to supporting children and families, developing meaningful treatment plans, and providing strong leadership to the professionals delivering care.
What You’ll Do

Lead, support, and mentor paraprofessionals

Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans

Implement, monitor, and modify behavior intervention plans based on patient progress

Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness

Provide parent and caregiver training
-
Develop individualized curricula and behavioral strategies based on assessment results and data

Collaborate with families and team members to support positive outcomes
What We’re Looking For
-
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field

Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
-
Required state licensure/certification, as applicable

Experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong data collection and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
