About the Role The Nevada Autism Center is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to evaluate and assess learners with Autism, determine functions of behaviors, and develop skill acquisition programs. The BCBA designs programs and supervises therapy implemented by RBTs, with a focus on helping children learn at their own pace and gain independence.

What You'll Do

• Conduct functional assessments to identify the function of target behaviors and write intervention plans.
• Design and supervise 1:1 ABA therapy sessions tailored to each child.
• Guide and train RBTs in delivering evidence-based ABA strategies and monitor progress.
• Facilitate social skills training in controlled settings and support family involvement in progress.
• Teach adaptive daily living and school-readiness skills; work toward generalization with community and school environments.
• Collaborate with doctors, parents, and teachers to identify reinforcers and measure outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) with graduate-level coursework and a minimum of 1,500 hours of experience in the field with children diagnosed with Autism.
• Experience designing programs and behavior plans; ability to supervise and guide RBTs.
• Understanding of ABA principles, the ABCs (Antecedent, Behavior, Consequence), and positive reinforcement.
• Strong communication with families and team members; commitment to evidence-based practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience in center-based ABA therapy and in-clinic service delivery with multi-BCBA/RBT support.
• Interest in school readiness, social skills groups, and community-based generalization of skills.
