About the Role The Nevada Autism Center is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to evaluate and assess learners with Autism, determine functions of behaviors, and develop skill acquisition programs. The BCBA designs programs and supervises therapy implemented by RBTs, with a focus on helping children learn at their own pace and gain independence.
What You'll Do
- Conduct functional assessments to identify the function of target behaviors and write intervention plans.
- Design and supervise 1:1 ABA therapy sessions tailored to each child.
- Guide and train RBTs in delivering evidence-based ABA strategies and monitor progress.
- Facilitate social skills training in controlled settings and support family involvement in progress.
