About the Role Join My Favorite Therapists in West Palm Beach, FL as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead high-quality clinical work, conduct assessments, design and monitor behavior intervention plans, and supervise staff. You will work within experienced leadership and strong systems that support clinicians and prioritize quality over burnout.
What You'll Do
- Conduct behavioral assessments, including functional analyses
- Design and oversee function-based behavior intervention plans
- Supervise and support behavior-analytic services
- Train and mentor staff and caregivers in ethical, evidence-based ABA practices
- Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary partners
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with payer and company standards
What We're Looking For
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience working with children with autism
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage priorities effectively while maintaining clinical quality
