Key Responsibilities

Responsible for quality, schedule compliance, and installation standards for BMS, BAS, and EPMS scopes across assigned projects.

Enforce and execute standardized installation checklists, QA/QC documentation, and testing procedures.

Support the wider construction teams to ensure BMS scopes are on time and meeting project delivery milestones.

Attend/Manage key project BMS testing phases, including Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Commissioning (Cx), and Integrated Systems Testing (IST).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Controls, Automation, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.

8+ years experience designing, delivering, maintaining BMS/BAS/EPMS projects in hyperscale applications on a global or regional scale.

Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering multiple projects in parallel.

CDCP/CDCS/CDCE and/or experience with quality management frameworks (ISO9001 or equivalent) are highly regarded.

Extensive BMS/BA/BMS experience across APAC

Deep understanding of hyperscale DC BMS & MEP systems

Experience with modularised MEP skid design and construction

Ability to lead cross domain coordination with construction, operations, IT and network teams.
