Job Description
What you’ll be doing
- Leading and supporting the operational performance of a portfolio of sites
- Coaching, developing and supporting General Managers and their teams
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Driving consistently high standards of food, service and customer experience
- Monitoring budgets, cost controls and overall financial performance
- Identifying opportunities to improve performance, innovation and ways of working
- Supporting mobilisation and operational projects where required
- Ensuring compliance, health & safety and company standards are maintained
- Bringing BM culture and energy to life across your sites

Proven experience in a senior operational role within hospitality or contract catering

Experience overseeing multiple sites or complex operations

A confident, engaging and supportive leadership style

Strong commercial and financial awareness

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
