About the Role The Lawson Group offers a one-hour Bloodborne Pathogens certification course to help New England businesses meet OSHA standards while keeping employees safe. The training is conducted in-person at the Concord, NH office with on-site options, and upon completion participants receive an American Red Cross Bloodborne Pathogens certification valid for one year. What You'll Do
- Complete a one-hour course covering what bloodborne pathogens are and how they spread
- Learn how to recognize exposure risks, use PPE correctly, and perform proper cleanup, disinfection, and waste disposal
- Understand steps to take if exposure occurs and learn recordkeeping and OSHA requirements
- Earn an American Red Cross certification valid for one year; renewal reminders are provided
- Optional: On the same day, earn additional certifications (First Aid/CPR/AED, Basic Life Support, or STOP THE BLEED) as part of a package What We're Looking For
- OSHA requires annual training for employees who may be exposed to blood or other potentially infectious materials
- Ideal for healthcare professionals and first responders, school staff, custodians and coaches, tattoo/piercing artists, maintenance/housekeeping workers, or anyone with potential contact with blood or bodily fluids
- In-person format; on-site training available upon request
- Instructors are American Red Cross-certified Nice to Have
- Availability of same-day certifications such as Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED, Basic Life Support, or STOP THE BLEED Compensation & Benefits
- Cost: $42 per participant
- Certification valid for one year; renewal reminders provided
- In-person training at The Lawson Group office in Concord, NH; on-site trainings available
