Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Blockchain Engineers to join our team as we build a next-generation cryptocurrency trading platform. The platform is evolving from an existing P2P trading system into a centralized exchange (CEX) architecture, with a focus on building secure, scalable, high-performance trading and blockchain infrastructure.
Responsibilities
You will contribute to both the development and technical direction of the platform, working across areas including:
- Cryptocurrency trading and exchange infrastructure
- Order management and matching systems
- Real-time market data services
- Wallet and blockchain integrations
- Blockchain transactions and on-chain infrastructure
- Scalable backend systems and APIs
- System security, performance, and reliability
- Technical architecture and engineering decisions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong experience with blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies
- Hands-on experience building or integrating blockchain-based applications, wallets, exchanges, or financial systems
- Strong backend development and API design experience
- Good understanding of blockchain architecture, transactions, wallets, and smart contracts
- Experience with databases, distributed systems, and scalable infrastructure
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A technical portfolio or GitHub demonstrating relevant engineering work
Nice to Have:
- Experience building crypto exchanges, trading platforms, or P2P systems
- Experience with order books and matching engines
- Experience with real-time market data systems
- Experience integrating multiple blockchain networks
- Experience with smart contracts and Web3 infrastructure
- Experience working with high-volume or financial technology platforms
- Experience contributing to technical architecture and engineering strategy.
