About the Role ExaCare AI is hiring a BizOps Strategy & Systems Manager to help build and improve the operational systems that support our rapidly growing Business Operations team. This role will work closely with the AI Systems Lead to design scalable workflows, implement internal tooling, and support the operational infrastructure needed for ExaCare to scale as the company grows from 1,500 facilities to 10,000+.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate how our BizOps customer onboarding and implementation teams work today and design operational systems that improve efficiency and team capacity as we scale
- Identify manual, repetitive, or fragile workflows and develop scalable solutions through automation, internal tooling, and process redesign
