About the Role We’re seeking a BizOps Lead to help depthfirst scale intelligently during a high-growth phase. You will work across Finance and Operations, owning execution on key initiatives and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and impact.
What You'll Do
- Support analysis of key business drivers, pulling data, building models, and surfacing what's working and what's not.
- Own execution on cross-functional projects spanning GTM, product, engineering, and beyond, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Drive operational initiatives with a structured, accountable owner: vendor management, compliance workstreams, process documentation, and more.
- Be the connective tissue across teams—follow up, coordinate, and help remove blockers.
- Roll up your sleeves across whatever the business needs, comfortable with spreadsheets and hands-on operational tasks.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in bizops, strategy and operations, consulting, banking, or a similar role at a fast-growing SaaS or AI company.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and turning ambiguous questions into clear answers.
- Familiarity with GTM funnel metrics and a solid understanding of how B2B businesses operate and scale.
- Highly organized and reliable; you sweat the details and don't let things drop.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building from scratch.
- Clear, direct communicator who can write well and work across different teams and functions.
- Mission-driven and genuinely excited about AI and security.
- Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (in-office).
Nice to Have
- Experience at a high-growth startup or early-stage company.
- Exposure to financial modeling or pricing strategy.
- Familiarity with security, infrastructure, or developer tooling markets.
