About the Role Join River City Sportplex as a Birthday Party Host, responsible for coordinating and delivering memorable ice-skating birthday experiences for kids. You will work with private party spaces, skating packages, decorations, and add-ons to create a seamless celebration. What You'll Do
- Coordinate setup and teardown of the private party room and decorations for each birthday event
- Manage scheduling and execution of private ice time, skating admissions and rentals as part of the party packages
- Assist with food and beverage arrangements (pizzas and sodas) and coordinate options for parents via Riverside Pub
- Facilitate add-on services (private ice, skate aids, birthday host, extra skaters, additional room time) as requested by clients
- Ensure smooth operation during private and public skate sessions and assist guests as needed
- Communicate with clients to customize parties and secure deposits (e.g., $125 deposit) and confirm bookings
- Maintain a friendly, helpful staff presence and uphold safety and hospitality standards What We Are Looking For
- Experience coordinating events or parties, preferably for children
- Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage logistics, decorate, coordinate vendors, and adapt to client requests
