Job title: Biospecimen Coordinator
About the Role The Biospecimen Coordinator is a skilled, independent professional who performs all tissue handling practices for CCG research projects in collaboration with other Biospecimen Coordinators and under the management of the Biospecimen Acquisition Team Lead. This position is responsible for collecting tissue samples from clinical sites across Dana-Farber and Brigham and Women’s.
What You'll Do
- Perform tissue handling practices for CCG research projects in collaboration with other Biospecimen Coordinators under the management of the Biospecimen Acquisition Team Lead
- Collect tissue samples from clinical sites across Dana-Farber and Brigham and Women’s
- Ensure proper handling, labeling, and documentation to maintain sample integrity
- Support training and coordination with team members as needed
What We're Looking For
- Independent professional with tissue handling experience
- Ability to collaborate with Biospecimen Coordinators and work under supervision of the Team Lead
- On-site availability and willingness to work across clinical sites
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $43,600.00 - $49,900.00 per year
- On-site role; comprehensive benefits typical of Dana-Farber
