- Design and oversee validation studies to ensure analytical rigor and regulatory compliance.
- Apply analytical techniques, including HPLC and chromatography, to support project testing.
- Mentor and supervise technical staff, promoting knowledge transfer and quality practice.
- Collaborate on biopharmaceutical and small molecule therapies programs in a fast-paced biotech environment.
- Ensure GMP-compliant documentation and traceability throughout validation activities. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related Life Sciences field.
- Hands-on experience with HPLC and chromatography techniques.
- Strong understanding of GMP standards and documentation procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in English at B2 level or higher. Nice to Have
- Experience in Protein Quality Control.
- Knowledge of electrophoretic techniques like Western Blot and ELISA.
- Experience with analytical validation and transfer studies.
- Relevant laboratory experience in a biopharmaceutical environment.
- Proven track record in project supervision and technical documentation. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD 31,500 per year.
