基本要求

  • 具有医学、药学或相关专业大学专科及以上学历；
  • 掌握所推广药品的药理毒理、功能主治或适应症、联合用药、不良反应、禁忌症和注意事项等知识；
  • 经公司培训并考核合格；
  • 不得存在法律法规禁止从事医药代表工作的情形。
  1. 计划管理（Planning & Execution）
  • 与直线经理及相关团队协作，根据区域及客户需求制定并执行药品学术推广计划；
  • 合理安排客户拜访、学术交流及相关推广活动；
  • 定期回顾工作进展，持续优化工作计划及执行效果。
  1. 药品学术推广与客户互动（Academic Promotion & Customer Engagement） 根据《医药代表管理办法》开展药品学术推广活动，主要包括向关键医疗卫生机构工作人员：
  • 传递药品相关信息；
  • 沟通并协助合理使用药品；
  • 收集、反馈药品临床使用情况、药品不良反应及临床需求等信息；
  • 开展专业客户拜访、学术交流及疾病教育活动，支持医疗卫生专业人士对产品及疾病领域信息的了解和认知。
  • 通过向医疗卫生专业人士传递药品相关信息，开展专业沟通与学术支持，协助医疗机构合理使用药品以支持渠道覆盖及业务运营顺畅
  1. 客户洞察与信息反馈（Insight Generation & Feedback）
  • 建立并维护与医疗卫生专业人士的专业沟通渠道；
  • 了解客户学术需求、临床实践需求及市场动态；
  • 及时收集、分析并反馈客户意见、市场信息及业务相关洞察；
  • 为学术推广活动及业务决策提供支持。
