About the Role The Biomedical Technician I is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and placement of biomedical equipment within Dayton Children's Hospital. The role supports quality improvement tracking and safety reporting and must comply with a safety management program to provide a physical environment free of hazards and reduce the risk of injury.
What You'll Do
- Perform maintenance, calibration, repair, and placement of biomedical equipment.
- Participate in various tracking systems for quality improvement and safety reporting.
- Ensure compliance with the hospital's safety management program to maintain a hazard-free environment and reduce risk of injury.
- Travel to other Dayton Children's locations as required.
What We're Looking For
- Education: A.S. or higher in Biomedical Technology OR Military certificate required.
- Willingness to travel to other Dayton Children's locations.
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, 1st Shift (as applicable).
