About the Role Biomedical Equipment Technician role based in Portland, Oregon with travel within the West Zone. This role supports the Multi-Vendor Biomedical business by installing, troubleshooting, and servicing biomedical equipment at customer sites and managing customer relationships. What You'll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance and service repair on equipment utilizing service manuals, on-the-job training, OEM or third-party training.
- Identify and resolve customer issues, communicate effectively, and involve appropriate site personnel.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by owning issues, showing urgency, and setting priorities as directed by the Site Manager, Site Team, or customer.
- Independently complete PMs, FCOs, installations, and related tasks; diagnose and resolve electronic, network, and mechanical problems; and resolve customer issues.
- Travel 50% to accounts located throughout the West Zone. What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience servicing medical equipment; general biomedical, patient monitoring, blood pressure monitors, defibrillators, or infusion pump experience highly preferred.
