Billing Specialist

About the Role The Billing Specialist will support Cosentino's Toluca fabrication team by reviewing billing packets, ensuring data accuracy, and processing invoices and PO closures to initiate payments. This role also supports month-end closing and collaborates with Pricing and local sites to resolve discrepancies and ensure revenue accuracy. What You'll Do

• Audit and complete daily billing reviews.
• Report on a daily, weekly and monthly basis with analysis.
• Audit the accuracy on each job processed.
• Work closely with Pricing team to report and identify any system discrepancies on pricing.
• Close PO’s (Purchase Orders) or other forms of submission to initiate payment.
• Mail/invoice customers as well as monthly statements.
• Communicate closely with local sites/customer service team on missing data and revenue vs month estimates.
• Assist in payment applications to customers and SOV (Schedule of Values) management.
• Assist in month end closing.
• Other tasks as assigned by management. What We're Looking For
• 1+ years of experience in accounts payable/billing.
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures.
• Knowledge of auditing procedures.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• AA degree or higher is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Data Entry.
• Working with 3rd party billing websites.
• ERP SAP.
• Capacity to multitask.
• Ability to detect discrepancies.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to Problem Solve.
• Strong organization and ability to prioritize.
