Billing Operations Manager Opportunity:

Full-time, direct hire position

Can be remote but must reside in the State of Minnesota

Billing Operations Manager provides day-to-day leadership of the Business Office, ensuring efficient, compliant, and customer focused billing operations

Oversees about 2-3 employees and reports to the Revenue Cycle Director
Billing Operations Manager Requirements:

Minimum of an associate’s degree in finance or another related field
-
Must have at least 3 years of medical billing experience within a Critical Access Hospital setting

Must have at least 2 years of leadership/managerial/supervisory experience

Preferable to have knowledge of medical coding
