About the Role Moran Automotive is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Biller/Coster to support our administrative team and ensure accurate, timely processing of all vehicle deals. This onsite role is based in Sterling Heights, MI and offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities. What You'll Do
- Process car deals and dealership accounting functions
- Balance debits and credits for calculations on deals
- Verify schedules to ensure all transactions are submitted and processed in a timely manner
- Work with sales department to obtain or correct all required documents What We're Looking For
- Dealership/automotive experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PC applications
- Ability to manage a high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Time management skills to complete job duties within tight time schedules
- Working knowledge of PC operation and applications
