Job title: Bilingual/Spanish Speaking Forklift Driver
About the Role Volt is hiring a Bilingual/Spanish Speaking Forklift Driver in Pompano Beach, FL. You will operate forklifts to move materials and products, support loading, storage, and production flow in a fast-paced facility.
What You'll Do
- Operate forklifts safely to move materials and products throughout the facility
- Load and secure flatbed trucks
- Transfer finished goods and store products in designated areas
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report any issues
- Replace propane tanks safely following company procedures
- Maintain accurate records of materials and inventory movement
- Assist with wrapping products for shipping
- Retrieve pallets and support production flow operations
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) – Required
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience operating a sit-down forklift (double & single forks)
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat
- Steel-toe boots required (all other PPE provided onsite)
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $18.50 to $22.50 per hour
