About the Role Join our Early Intervention Preschool program as a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (Spanish/English) serving preschool students ages 3-5 in Adams and York Counties. This itinerant role delivers both in-person and remote services with a focus on culturally and linguistically responsive care for Spanish-speaking families. Collaboration with educators, families, and a multidisciplinary team is essential to support students in community and classroom-based settings.
What You'll Do
- Complete evaluations and provide speech-language therapy for preschool students (ages 3–5) with communication needs.
- Deliver culturally and linguistically responsive services for Spanish-speaking families.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members; support students in community and classroom-based settings.
- Provide in-person service delivery in Adams and York Counties and remote services as needed (itinerant role).
- Clinical Fellowship supervision is available; Lincoln Intermediate Unit is an ASHA CE Provider.
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Pennsylvania Certification (Speech-Language Impaired PK-12) or PA SLP license; or eligible to obtain within required timeframe.
- ASHA CCC (preferred).
- Bilingual Spanish/English; culturally and linguistically responsive service delivery.
- Ability to provide in-person and remote services; willingness to travel to Adams/York Counties.
- State license in PA if not certified; CFY supervision available.
Nice to Have
- ASHA-CCC (preferred) and CFY supervision availability.
- Experience working in Early Intervention and school settings.
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time: starting at $63,672.22 for 44 credits (higher placement for 45+ credits).
- Part-time: hourly pay starting at $47.87 (higher placement for 45+ credits).
