Location: Mirabel (3 days a week onsite)

This role supports the End-to-End Resource Strategy & Planning.

The ideal candidate combines strong PMO expertise with experience in resource planning, portfolio governance, and transformation initiatives.

Job Duties Resource and capacity planning; Portfolio management governance; WBS/OBS structuring; Risk and opportunity management; PMO processes and reporting; Change management activities representing approximately 50% of the assignment

Focus Workforce planning, resource capacity, and portfolio management; Resource planning transformation; Governance, planning, tools, and planning processes; Strong PMO and resource strategy component, with approximately 50% change management

Requirements

• 3-6 years of PMBP / PMO Experience

• Strong governance and reporting experience

• Excellent stakeholder management skills

• Experience supporting transformation programs

• Ability to work onsite in Mirabel 3 days per week

• French mandatory, English for reading

• Experience in aerospace or other transport (rail, automobile, large scale manufacturing)

• The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $91 452 - $114 316 / year contingent on # of year's experience.
