Job title: Bilingual PMBP: People Engagement/Human Resources
Location: Mirabel (3 days a week onsite)
This role supports the People Engagement workstream of the A220 Transformation program. The profile is a PMO professional with experience in human resources, community management or a related field. The ideal candidate combines strong PMO capabilities with experience in change management, employee engagement and organizational transformation.

Requirements

3-6 years of PMBP or PMO experience

Solid governance and reporting experience

Excellent stakeholder management skills

Experience supporting transformation programs

Ability to work onsite in Mirabel 3 days per week

French mandatory; English reading required

Experience in the aerospace sector or another transportation sector (rail, automotive, or large-scale manufacturing)

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $91,452 - $114,316 per year, contingent on years of experience
