About the role
Join the Infrastructure and Operations Team, in the Bilingual Manager, IT Infrastructure (Paas) position. In this role, you will be accountable for the end-to-end operational health, security, and continuous evolution of the organization’s cloud-based platform services that enable application delivery and digital business capabilities.
Operating within an integrated infrastructure portfolio and reporting to the Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure, you will collaborate closely with leaders responsible for Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Mainframe platforms to ensure alignment, resilience, and consistency across the enterprise technology environment.
What you’ll do
- Oversee end to end operational accountability for PaaS and cloud platform services, including availability, performance, security, resilience, and service recoverability.
- Lead platform operations using IT Service Management (ITSM) processes such as incident management, problem management, change management, and capacity management through ServiceNow, acting as the final escalation point for critical incidents and service outages.
- Establish and govern platform standards, reference architectures, and operational guardrails for Microsoft Azure Platform as a Service, automation, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)
