About The Role: We are seeking an experienced bi-lingual English/Spanish Recruitment Associate with hourly manufacturing operations recruitment experience to recruit talent for our nutrition organization! To excel, you'll utilize your sourcing skills to research and network within local communities and land critical talent for our organization. You are a creative problem-solver and establish strong partnerships with hiring managers, working well with other areas of HR. This role will be onsite in only one of the following areas Decatur/Erlanger/Iowa. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role on an energetic and inclusive team where thinking about things in new ways is strongly supported. You'll also work on projects to improve and innovate how we attract and recruit the best talent, because we know that there's always a better way - from generating a candidate pipeline to finding ways to streamline and improve the manager and candidate experience. You are relationship oriented and a natural communicator and have a proven track record of building and maintaining lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You will help position ADM as an employer of choice with highly skilled, in-demand diverse talent that is critical to our growing organization.
