About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled bilingual Full Stack Software Engineer (Japanese & English – mandatory) to join our team in Tokyo. The role emphasizes building applications with a focus on business rules and decision services, and requires hands-on IBM ODM experience to support rule authoring and deployment. Strong bilingual communication with local and global stakeholders is essential. What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain applications with a focus on business rules and decision services.
- Work closely with Japanese and global teams, ensuring seamless bilingual communication.
- Develop and manage IBM ODM (v9.x) rule projects, including authoring, testing, and deployment.
- Debug and optimize business rule applications.
- Participate in Agile development practices and contribute to continuous improvement. What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in software design, development, testing, and support of enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with IBM ODM (Rule Designer / Decision Center) for rule authoring, development, and deployment.
