Bilingual French Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bilingual French Customer Service Representative to join a collaborative support team. This role is responsible for assisting customers through phone and email communication, processing orders, coordinating service requests, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and strong communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in both French and English through phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, service requests, product information, and order status.

• Review and interpret purchase orders submitted in various formats.

• Manage incoming requests through phone queues and shared email inboxes.

• Troubleshoot order and shipment issues, including tracking and delivery questions.

• Process customer complaints, returns, and related documentation.

• Maintain customer records and support data updates within company systems.

• Assist with administrative and operational support tasks as needed.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable navigating multiple systems, screens, and documents simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
