About the Role This is a remote customer service role supporting Covered California's Armenian-speaking customers. The position involves answering calls, resolving questions, and researching systems to provide accurate information. Training is scheduled 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM PST with availability 7:45 AM - 6:15 PM PST. What You'll Do

- Bilingual English/Armenian
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Windows proficiency
- Quiet home workspace
- Wired 25 Mbps internet
- Webcam for training
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have
- Windows familiarity (technical tools mentioned) Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $22/hr
- Remote, Full Time
