At BTA, great operations create the foundation for great care. We are looking for a proactive, people-focused Center Supervisor to oversee daily center operations, support our teams, and help deliver a positive experience for the families we serve.
Position: Multicenter Manager Locations: Antioch, Richmond & Walnut Creek Schedule: Full-Time Setting: In-Center
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily center operations, staffing coordination, and service readiness.
- Monitor center capacity, schedules, cancellations, and operational KPIs.
- Support staff accountability, onboarding, and performance.
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations, HR, and Scheduling to maintain service continuity.
- Identify operational challenges and implement improvements.
- Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and compliant environment.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in operations, team supervision, or a service-oriented environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and drive operational results.
- ABA, healthcare, behavioral health, or childcare experience preferred.
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
- Valid driver's license and active auto insurance required.
- Availability to travel between BTA centers as needed.
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
