• Bilingual Care Coordinator - Russian/English

• $20–$24/hr | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

• Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Rotating On-Call Required)

• MultiCultural Home Care is hiring a Bilingual Russian/English Care Coordinator to join our Lynn team!

• For decades, MultiCultural Home Care has helped people remain safe and independent at home. Our Care Coordinators are at the center of that work, connecting clients, families, and caregivers and making sure people receive the care they need.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate caregiver schedules, staffing, and client coverage to ensure consistent care

• Match caregivers with clients based on availability, skills, and care needs

• Manage referrals and intake documentation to help new clients begin services

• Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers regarding schedules, care needs, and service updates

• Address scheduling changes, cancellations, and coverage challenges promptly

• Maintain accurate client records, scheduling documentation, and incident reports while protecting confidential information

• Collaborate with care teams and other departments to resolve concerns, coordinate services, and support billing needs

• Provide compassionate support to clients and families, helping them understand available services and care expectations

• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and assist with additional responsibilities as needed

• What We're Looking For

• Bilingual in Russian and English REQUIRED

• Able to work onsite in Lynn, MA Monday–Friday, 8am-5pm

• 1+ year of customer service experience

• 1+ years of home care experience

• Strong communication and organization skills

• Comfortable in a busy, fast-moving environment

• Healthcare, home care, scheduling, intake, or care coordination experience is a plus, but we're open to candidates with transferable experience who are ready to learn.
