Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious Bike Rider to support field operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting and delivering assigned items, carrying out field-related tasks, and ensuring timely and efficient completion of daily assignments while complying with all road safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport and deliver assigned items, documents, packages, or other materials to designated locations.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned trips and field activities.

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, mileage, and other assigned activities.

• Conduct routine inspections of the motorcycle and report mechanical faults promptly.

• Ensure the motorcycle is kept clean, secure, and in good working condition.

• Follow assigned routes and use navigation applications where necessary.

• Communicate promptly with the supervisor regarding delays, operational challenges, or incidents.

• Handle all items entrusted to them with care and maintain their security.

• Maintain professional conduct when interacting with clients, colleagues, and members of the public.

• Comply with traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE or its equivalent.

• Valid motorcycle riding licence and relevant permits.

• Previous experience as a Bike Rider or Dispatch Rider is an added advantage.

• Good knowledge of assigned routes and road networks.

• Ability to operate a motorcycle safely and responsibly.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

• Must be punctual, honest, disciplined, and reliable.

• Ability to use Google Maps or other navigation applications is an advantage.

• Salary and Benefits

• Salary: N175,000 Monthly.
