Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and manage tender opportunities from NNPC, IOCs, NOCs, and other industry clients.
- Lead the end-to-end tendering process, from pre-qualification to final bid submission.
- Prepare high-quality technical proposals, commercial bids, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with technical, operations, HSE, finance, and other teams to develop competitive bids.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian Content Development Act requirements, client specifications, and relevant industry standards.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, pricing assessments, and bid risk evaluations.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and relevant regulatory agencies.
- Maintain tender databases, submission records, bid securities, and documentation.
- Provide regular tender progress updates and recommendations to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- 4–7 years of experience in bids, tendering, or business development within the oil and gas industry.
- At least 3 years of experience with oil and gas servicing companies in
