Bid & Tendering Specialist – Oil & Gas Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time (On-site) Industry: Oil & Gas (EPCI Procurement & Supply Chain)
Responsibilities
- Identify and monitor tender opportunities from NipeX, NNPC, NOGIC, EPC contractors and procurement platforms
- Review ITTs, RFQs, RFPs and bid documents
- Coordinate technical and commercial proposals
- Ensure submissions meet client requirements, company policies and deadlines
- Liaise with Procurement, Technical, Finance and Business Development teams
- Prepare bid schedules, compliance matrices and tender checklists
- Coordinate bid clarification meetings and respond to client queries
- Maintain bid and tender databases
- Track bid outcomes and prepare win/loss reports
- Monitor vendor registrations, prequalification opportunities and tender portals
- Improve bid processes and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
- 3–5 years’ bid management/tender coordination experience in Oil & Gas
- Knowledge of Oil & Gas tendering, procurement regulations and commercial documentation
- NipeX, NNPC, IOC or major EPC contractor experience highly desirable
- Strong proposal writing, analytical, organisational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple bids and strict deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
