BI Developer
Data architecture implementation and design. Create and implement BI software and systems, including integration with databases and data warehousing. Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present complex data in an understandable and actionable format. Support the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements, design, development, testing, and training. Build and maintain data models to ensure the accuracy and relevancy of the data. Manage database performance, security, and integrity. Oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources into a usable form for business analysis. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Provide ongoing support and training to users on BI tools and data analytics. Perform regular maintenance and updates to existing BI solutions to enhance functionality and incorporate new data sources or analytics capabilities. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the data used for analysis. Implement data governance policies and practices. Who are we looking for? 3+ years of work experience in business intelligence. Bachelor’s degree in IT/Math/Engineering or equivalent. Experience with ETL development (extractions, TDM, data load, aggregation, tools like Talend, Pentaho, SSIS, informatics, etc.). Experience with database using MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle. Experience in working with Power BI, Spotfire, Business Objects or similar tools. Experience in tools such as: SSIS, Talend, QlikView or similar enterprise tools.
