About the Role EVERSANA is seeking a BI Developer to join its Digital & Technology team within Analytics. The role will build data-driven solutions to support life sciences clients and improve patient outcomes. You will transform raw data into actionable insights through dashboards and reports, enabling cross-functional teams to make informed decisions.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with data engineers and business teams to translate requirements into data models, visualizations, and analytics.
- Build and optimize SQL queries, data transformations, and ETL processes to ensure data quality and performance.
- Maintain data governance, security, and documentation for BI solutions.
- Provide training and support to users on BI tools and reporting.
- Stay current with BI tool advancements and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Experience building BI solutions and dashboards; proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong SQL skills; data modeling and data warehousing knowledge.
- Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Analytics, or Information Systems.
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare or life sciences data.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data architectures.
