Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic Beverage Manager to lead the beverage experience across our three signature bars and elevate the overall drink culture at the resort.

You’ll be the creative force behind our bar concepts, ensuring world-class quality, consistency, and innovation that reflect our flagship Pullman spirit.

As part of the F&B leadership team, you’ll drive excellence in both product and service, inspire a high-performance team, and deliver memorable guest experiences that align with our brand vision and business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive beverage experience within premium or luxury hospitality brands, including at least 2 years in a F&B leadership role.

• A genuine passion for mixology, beverage trends, and guest engagement.

• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide, mentor, and develop a diverse team.

• A hands-on mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction, creativity, and operational excellence.

• Additional Information

• Manages the team of Azur, C-Bar, Float, helping them improve their skills and providing support for career development, make sure all bars are aligned in terms of recipes and quality of drinks.

• Manages headcount and bar organisation for optimum performance

• Improves sales, the quality of service and promotion of services in compliance with hygiene and security standards

• Conveys the hotel's image through his/her attitude, professionalism and involvement in the field

• Ensures that all products served to guests conform to standard and are of good quality

• Is responsible for the bar's budget, develops revenue and profit margins

• Helps the hotel meet its targets
