About the Role
Join Live Nation as a Beverage Hawker at the Aragon Ballroom, delivering mobile beverage service in a vibrant music hall setting. You’ll serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with a cheerful, professional attitude, contributing to guest satisfaction and safe service.
What You'll Do
- Interact with guests in a natural, friendly demeanor
- Cultivate regular guests and repeat business
- Suggestively sell beverages within the venue
- Deliver beverage orders promptly
- Prioritize and organize drink orders
- Recognize when guests are becoming too intoxicated and refuse further service of alcohol in a courteous and safety-minded manner, bringing it to the attention of a manager
- Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinances, alcohol-awareness training, and Aragon Ballroom policies
- Request proper identification for anyone appearing under 30 years of age
- Maintain Aragon safety and sanitation standards
