About the Role Beverage Equipment Delivery Specialist to join our team. Safely, effectively, and efficiently provides delivery, removal, and movement of all company coolers and vending assets in an assigned territory, while ensuring accuracy of customer agreements and safe installation at PBV locations.

What You'll Do

• Provide "Service that Sells" to internal and external customers by greeting customers, validating equipment requests, placing equipment, testing equipment, and educating customers.
• Responsible for the daily operation of a handheld computer (HHC) to accurately remove and place equipment impacting capital dollars.
• Process equipment agreements and daily paperwork in accordance with SOPs.
• Pre-call customers to confirm delivery and pickup according to schedule.
• Drive a commercial vehicle in a safe and courteous manner, adhering to all safety rules.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and meet company driving standards and licensing requirements. Must pass a DOT physical prior to first day.
• Good verbal and written communication skills via phone to schedule appointments.
• Ability to maintain daily work logs to include manifest, contracts, VCR log book, etc.
• Able to travel daily to assigned accounts. Overnight travel may be required.
• Mechanical aptitude and must be able to learn basic programming for monetary systems and all vending equipment.
• Able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
• Previous experience in customer service preferred.
• Computer skills and/or ability to learn Hand Held Computer (HHC) preferred.
• Needs to enjoy working outside and must be a team player.
