About the Role Du bist Teil des Core-Teams am neuen Standort Giessen und verantwortest erweiterte Erste Hilfe sowie die Dokumentation rund um Unfälle und akute Erkrankungen. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Safety-Team und Betriebsärzt*innen zusammen, beeinflusst aktiv den Gesundheitsschutz und trägst zur Umsetzung unseres Safety-Konzepts bei.
What You'll Do
- Leiste erweiterte Erste Hilfe bei Unfällen und akuten Erkrankungen und übernehme die Dokumentation (Verbandbücher, Unfallanzeigen, relevante Vermerke).
- Führe Befragungen bei Unklarheiten durch und arbeite eng mit Betriebsärzt*innen zusammen; koordiniere Termine.
- Identifiziere eigenständig neue Herausforderungen und entwickle proaktiv Ideen, um unsere Gesundheitsangebote zu stärken.
