BestDrive is hiring Service Technicians at all levels (I, II, III, and IV). Sign-On Bonus Opportunities

Qualified external candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to:

• Service Technician I: Up to $1,500
• Service Technician II: Up to $2,500
• Service Technician III: Up to $3,500
• Service Technician IV: Up to $4,500 Sign-on bonus eligibility and program requirements apply.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT -

• Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotations, repairs, and replacements.
• Service commercial truck, fleet, and passenger vehicle tires.
• Respond to roadside service calls and customer emergencies.
• Conduct inspections and identify tire-related maintenance needs.
• Operate service vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at customer locations and service facilities.
• Follow company, DOT, and OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications

• WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

• Valid driver's license required.

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

• Tire, automotive, diesel, fleet, or related service experience preferred.

• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.

• Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding work.

• Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Work hours are generally 7-5 Monday – Friday. Saturday and evenings as needed; may have little to no advance notice.

• Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures/guidelines must be followed.

• This position operates in all types of indoor and outdoor work environments, therefore exposure to heat and cold is to be expected.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, bend, climb, lift, and walk.

• Required to handle hazardous materials and wear various forms of protective equipment (safety shoes, gloves, protective eyewear, etc.). Comply with OSHA regulations and safety requirements.

• Required to lift 75-100 lbs. routinely; may be required to occasionally lift up to 150 lbs. individually.
