The Office of Human Resources at Bryn Mawr College invites applications for a Benefits & Wellness Specialist to join our collaborative team. At Bryn Mawr, people, purpose, and learning intersect—and our HR team plays a critical role in cultivating a workplace where faculty and staff can thrive.
In this role, you will help ensure that Bryn Mawr College's comprehensive benefits programs are delivered with care, accuracy, and exceptional service. Working closely with the Director of Employment & Benefits, you will support employee benefit, leave, and wellness programs, Open Enrollment, communications, and partnerships and serve as a trusted resource for employees navigating benefits and leaves (e.g., FMLA, parental, leave, and short-term disability).
