• Experience supporting an early retirement program and/or workforce reduction initiative
• Knowledge of both defined benefit and defined contribution plans

• Generalist to join its HR team on a temporary basis for approximately 3-6 months, with an anticipated start date of early to mid October. This individual will play a key role in supporting the administration of a significant early retirement initiative while also assisting with the organization's annual Open Enrollment process.

• Generalist will serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefit inquiries, providing excellent customer service and guidance throughout the retirement election and enrollment periods. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity, requiring 2-3 days per week onsite and the remainder remote.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and execution of an early retirement program
• Respond to a high volume of employee questions regarding benefits and retirement options
• Assist with Open Enrollment administration and employee communications
• Partner closely with the Benefits team to ensure a seamless employee experience
• Maintain accurate records and support benefits-related administration

Must-Haves:
