Job title: Benefits Platform Specialist
About the Role Jellyvision is seeking to grow its team to support its ALEX decision-support platform, which helps employees understand and make confident choices about their benefits. This role focuses on helping employees engage with ALEX and on how benefits come together across onboarding, enrollment, and year-round experience.
What You'll Do
- Help employees understand their benefits using ALEX Decision Support
- Contribute to onboarding, open enrollment, and employee experience within the ALEX Home platform
- Collaborate with Employers, HR, Brokers, Carriers, and Partners to improve benefits communication and decision support
What We're Looking For
- Interest in HR technology and benefits, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate across roles including employers, HR, brokers, carriers, and partners
- Passion for making benefits information clear and actionable for employees
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-powered platforms or benefits administration (ALEX Home) is a plus
