Must Haves:
- 5+ years of HR experience with strong
Benefits
- Administration experience
- Hands-on LOA experience managing FMLA, Disability, PFL, parental/medical leaves, etc.
- Strong HRIS experience, including reporting, administration, testing, and user support
- Experience managing a meaningful volume of leaves across a sizable employee population
- Working knowledge of ACA, ERISA and/or other applicable benefits regulations
Nice to haves:
- Workday experience
- Compensation administration experience
- Nonprofit or similarly large/multi-site organizational experience
- Experience with benefits vendor/carrier interfaces, COBRA, Open Enrollment, and retirement plans
- PHR/SPHR
- 8+ years of overall HR experience
- Prior supervisory experience
Key Responsibilities

Oversee HRIS administration, reporting, system updates, testing, and user support.

Manage employee benefits administration, including health and welfare plans, COBRA, retirement plans, and Open Enrollment.

Manage the full leave-of-absence process, including FMLA, disability, PFL, parental, and personal leaves.

Support compensation programs, salary administration, incentive pay, and related reporting.

Ensure compliance with applicable benefits and employment regulations, including ACA requirements.

Manage vendor and insurance carrier relationships, enrollments, reconciliations, and data interfaces.

Oversee PTO administration and other employee-related HR processes.

Partner with HR leadership on reporting, audits, compliance, and special projects.

Supervise and support one Benefits/HR Coordinator.

Job Description: The Benefits, Compensation & HRIS Manager will provide hands-on support across benefits, compensation, HRIS, leave administration, reporting, and compliance. This role will serve as a key resource for employees and HR teams, ensuring accurate administration, timely issue resolution, and effective HR processes across the organization.
