What You'll Do
- Communicate and administer the employee benefits described, including eligibility, enrollment, and employee contributions for health, dental, vision, life, and related plans.
- Coordinate with plan providers and ensure compliance with network rules (PPO networks) and coordination of in- and out-of-network care.
- Manage leaves, vacation accrual, holidays, sick time, and parental leave in accordance with policy.
- Support retirement plan enrollment (403(b) with TIAA) and supplemental plans; assist employees with contributions and option to opt-out where applicable.
- Explain tuition assistance and tuition remission programs for eligible employees and their spouses as applicable; coordinate with Saint John's Preparatory School and related entities.

- Health Insurance: eligible on the first of the month following hire; employee and Order share costs; PPO network; out-of-network coverage available at higher cost.
- Dental Insurance: same structure as health; network discounts; out-of-network higher cost.
